Restricted Travel Credit:

faresguard.com, a unit of IMG LLC was able to secure a great price for your flight. However, cancellation of your ticket or exchanging it for another flight is subject to restrictions/additional costs. Replacement flights often have higher prices and limited choices due to limitations imposed by airlines. Potential restrictions include:

  • Rebooking may be limited to the same fare type/class and airline as the original ticket.
  • Original ticket value (fare and taxes) may only apply to the fare and tax portions of your new itinerary.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable from one traveler to another.
  • Price difference must be paid if the new flight costs more, while lower priced flights may forfeit residual value as per most of the airline’s policy.
  • Rebooking must occur with the same flight origin or destination as your original ticket. Rebooking must occur within the airline’s validity period, often 12–24 months.
  • Airline penalty fees and Fares Guard service fees may apply.

Cancellations must be made prior to the departure date, and rebookings must be completed through Faresguard.com.
